How was La Mala María born? The practice of oenology demands long and dizzying hours of work. La María Celeste began to discover her passion, when she combined studies at Don Bosco University and working as a trainee at Peñaflor. Her style was finally defined when she was in charge of Cadus.
The Oenology also took her to know other wine worlds, and this made her fall in love with the varietal diversity and it`s combinations. At the same time, it showed her a universe full of art.
This is show was born, a disruptive identity was created that today fuses between the plastic art of Federica del Olmo and the graphic art of Nicolas Álvaro, with which she has decided to name as the ninth art: LA ENOLOGIA REBELDE. (THE REBELLIUS ENOLOGY)
